Mekanism will give out far more power. just upgrade to a fusion reactor ASAP (no radiation) Radiation shouldn't be a problem. you pipe it to barrels underground and thats it. If you are in a mid/late stage you can go towards fusion reator 20M FE/t or 200M FE/t if you add d-t fuel to the reactor.
