I think once I did comquest and I got above 100 on all of them and honored FM and EM. 1. They are pretty close. I was always within 1-2 pts from the prediction either way. For IM I scored higher than my prediction. I will suggest that you just switch to UWorld though. It is a better qbank and I did much better on the COMATs that I used UWorld on.
