The builds they do will be better than any prebuilt you buy because they are assembled by competent, usually actually certified techs. Powerspec builds are great foundations which get you in with solid specs at a good price point. CPU needs to be relatively high in single core performance (non-rendering), and multicore performance (rendering). Ryzen 3000s aren't that hot in the former. So if you're using Ryzen, get the 5000 series. 5800X at least. Heck maybe even go up to HEDT with Threadripper.
